LATE nominations will NOT be accepted.
Single Event Licences may not be accepted at all meetings.
ON RACE DAY please sign in BEFORE scrutineering. Arm bands and enclosed shoes must be worn in the pits.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be paid unless the driver has a valid medical reason.
Nominations Secretary must be notified no later than 6pm the night before racing.
If a race meeting is cancelled prior to commencement, all online payments will be automatically refunded to the account that made the purchase (less the PayPal transaction fee).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All persons nominating and attending Tatiara Karting Club must abide by the Constitution and Rules of the “TATIARA KARTING CLUB INC” and shall not bring any action, claim or demand whatsoever as a result of any personal injury or damage to property caused by or arising out of the use of a Go-Kart against the owners of the land, the Club, its duly elected committee or any club member. All persons agree to encourage and promote the sport of Go-Karting and ensure to exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship and good fellowship at all times when using the track or club facilities.
